McCormick & Company has appointed Abhinav Goel as GBS India Head and Global Process Improvement Leader, marking a strategically significant leadership move as the organization continues to strengthen its global transformation and operational excellence agenda. In this dual mandate, Abhinav will lead McCormick’s India Global Business Services (GBS) organization while also driving the company’s global process improvement strategy to deliver enterprise-wide transformation, productivity gains, and long-term value creation.
In his new role, Abhinav will be responsible for scaling the India GBS footprint, building high-performing global teams, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across functions and geographies. His mandate includes strengthening centers of excellence, standardizing processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making to support McCormick’s long-term growth and efficiency objectives.
Abhinav brings a proven track record of leadership across Quintes Global GCC Catalysts, American Express, and Google, where he played a pivotal role in building and scaling shared services organizations, setting up global capability centers, and delivering measurable process excellence at scale. His experience in driving large-scale transformation and operational rigor positions him well to support McCormick’s evolving global business needs.
