Ather Energy has appointed Surabhi Loshali as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking a key leadership move as the company accelerates its next phase of growth and innovation. In her new role, Surabhi will spearhead Ather Energy’s people and culture strategy, with a strong focus on leadership development, talent transformation, and building a high-performance organization aligned with the company’s long-term vision.

With over two decades of global experience in human resources and organizational transformation, Surabhi most recently served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Strides, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives across talent management, DEI, rewards, learning and development, and HR digital transformation. Her earlier stints at Grant Thornton (US) and Aon, along with her work as an independent HR strategy consultant, have strengthened her expertise in organization design, people analytics, M&A integration, and change management.
