Alongside investments in consumer-focused FMCG businesses and sustainable farm-to-market organic models, he has also founded an HR Tech startup aimed at addressing two critical organizational challenges—early employee attrition and low workforce productivity. This transition marks a strategic shift from corporate HR leadership to business ownership, while continuing to apply structured, execution-driven people systems at scale.

Mohit brings with him a strong legacy of senior HR leadership. He has previously served as CHRO at Prudential plc, Vice President – Head at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, and Vice President – Head Talent Acquisition at NIIT Limited. His career also includes leadership roles at Apollo Munich Health Insurance, IndusInd Bank, and Aviva Life Insurance.

Leveraging deep experience across people strategy and operations, Mohit’s current ventures reflect an operator’s mindset—focused on ownership, accountability, and measurable outcomes—positioning him at the intersection of consumer brands, sustainable agriculture, and HR technology innovation.
