Cloud Kinetics has appointed Manish K Agarwal as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company advances its growth and governance agenda. Based in Chennai, Agarwal will lead Cloud Kinetics’ financial strategy, oversight, and long-term value creation initiatives.

He joins Cloud Kinetics from Mindsprint, where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Group Finance, and earlier as Vice President – Finance. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in building scalable finance operations and robust governance frameworks following Mindsprint’s evolution from the Olam Group.

Previously, Agarwal held senior leadership positions at Olam, a Fortune 500 company listed on the SGX, serving as CFO - GCC and Head of Finance for Global Technology Functions. In this role, he led controllership, treasury, taxation, and finance transformation initiatives. His career also includes leadership roles at Shell, where he managed global technology costs and post-merger integration after the British Gas acquisition, as well as stints at Tata Teleservices, Bharti Airtel Foundation, ICICI Bank, and KNA Associates. He brings deep cross-sector expertise spanning technology, telecom, energy, and financial services.
