Marico Limited has announced the elevation of Visionary Leader Arnab Das to the role of Executive Vice President - HR, India Business, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey with the organization. In his expanded role, Arnab will lead the people and talent agenda for Marico’s India business, with a focus on strengthening leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and workforce transformation across functions.

Arnab brings deep institutional knowledge and a strong track record within Marico. He previously served as Head HR - India Business, and earlier as Business HR Head supporting key functions including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement. His leadership has been instrumental in aligning people strategies with business priorities during periods of growth and transformation.

Prior to joining Marico, Arnab built a solid foundation in HR consulting at Aon, with earlier professional experience at Deloitte and the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC). This diverse background equips him with a unique blend of strategic insight, consulting rigor, and operational expertise.
