Kiran brings rich global HR experience across the MedTech, Oil & Gas, and Automotive sectors, with a strong professional track record at leading organisations including Philips and Valvoline Cummins Pvt Ltd India. Her career has been marked by a consistent focus on aligning people strategy with evolving business priorities while building resilient, high-performing organisations.

Prior to joining bp, Kiran played a critical role at Philips, where she led culture transformation initiatives, strengthened leadership capability, and enabled leadership coaching across multiple geographies. She is widely recognised for her creative, thoughtful, and impact-driven approach to human capital strategy, earning her trust as a strategic people partner to senior leadership.

Her contributions to business and the HR ecosystem have been widely acknowledged. Kiran is a recipient of the Emerging HR Leader Award by The Economic Times (2023) and the Women of Substance – HR Excellence Award (2025).
