Vishnu brings over 12 years of experience across Zinnov, Draup, Frost & Sullivan, and KGiSL, with deep expertise in GCC strategy, talent intelligence, and ecosystem development. He has worked closely with Fortune 500 companies and high-growth enterprises to define India GCC strategies, establish high-performing centers of excellence, and build data-driven talent models. His track record includes setting up GCCs with 250+ professionals and leading AI-driven transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining Collabera, Vishnu led the GCC Practice at KGiSL and was instrumental in establishing and scaling Draup’s Coimbatore operations. Beyond industry, he serves on the CII ICT Panel and is Chair for Yuva & Rural Initiatives at Yi Coimbatore, advocating technology-led regional development.

In his new role, Vishnu will focus on transforming GCCs into innovation hubs that play a central role in enterprise growth and long-term value creation.
