BPTP Ltd. has appointed Vineet Nanda as its Chief Business Officer, entrusting him with leadership of the company’s overall business strategy, sales, marketing, and growth initiatives across its diverse real estate portfolio. In this role, Vineet will focus on accelerating market expansion, strengthening brand positioning, and driving customer-centric growth, backed by his deep expertise in residential and mixed-use real estate markets across North India.

With more than three decades of leadership experience, Vineet brings a strong blend of corporate, industry, and institutional exposure. Prior to joining BPTP, he served as an Associate Member of FICCI and was Chairman of the Regional Urban Infrastructure Committee, contributing to policy whitepapers in collaboration with JLL. He has also held leadership roles as Director – Sales & Marketing at Krisumi Corporation and as a Board Member at Lamrin Tech Skills University, Punjab.

His earlier career includes senior leadership positions at M3M India, Central Park, and Omaxe Limited, along with foundational experience at Usha International. Known for building strong brands, high-performing sales organizations, and strategic partnerships, Vineet’s appointment marks a key milestone in BPTP’s growth journey.
