Seasoned healthcare executive Shrojal Desai has announced a significant career milestone as he steps into the role of Vice President, Global Transcatheter Delivery Systems Network at Edwards Lifesciences. With over two decades of experience spanning R&D, manufacturing, and global operations, Desai’s transition reflects his continued commitment to reinvention and leadership at scale.

In his new role, he will oversee Process Engineering, Manufacturing Technologies, New Product Introduction, and Lifecycle Management within the Global Supply Chain & Quality (GSCQ) organization. His mandate focuses on enabling speed, quality, and scalability by aligning strategy, operating models, and advanced manufacturing technologies to deliver sustainable patient and business impact.

Desai has led large cross-functional teams of 80+ professionals across leading medical device and pharmaceutical companies. An AIMBE Fellow, he ranks among the top 2% of medical and biological engineers in the US, holds 25 granted US patents, and has contributed to 50+ globally launched products, consistently performing in the top 15% across organizations.
