ServiceNow has announced the appointment of Pavan Laddad as Senior Director – APAC Strategic Customer Engagements (Elevate), marking an important milestone in his distinguished professional journey spanning over 21 years. In this role, Pavan will lead high-impact strategic customer engagements across the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on strengthening enterprise relationships, accelerating value creation, and navigating complex, large-scale deal structures.
Pavan brings deep cross-functional expertise across deal execution, sales operations, account management, management consulting, and audit. Prior to joining ServiceNow, he held several senior leadership positions at SAP, including Senior Director, Global Strategic Initiatives and Commercial Controller & Sales Operations – Expert. At SAP, he played a pivotal role in shaping global sales strategies, driving operational excellence, and supporting large enterprise transformations.
Earlier in his career, Pavan worked as a Senior Consultant at PwC, advising organizations on strategic and financial initiatives. He began his professional journey as a CA Trainee at Unilever, where he built a strong foundation in finance, governance, and large-scale enterprise operations.
With this appointment, ServiceNow continues to strengthen its leadership bench to drive customer-centric growth across the APAC region.
