Hotelivate has announced the appointment of Jaideep Nath as Managing Director - Executive Search, further strengthening its leadership advisory and executive search capabilities across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions. With over three decades of experience spanning consulting, operations, and senior business leadership, Jaideep brings a strong practitioner-led perspective to executive search.

In his new role, Jaideep will lead and scale Hotelivate’s executive search practice, working closely with boards, CEOs, and CHROs to deliver senior and mission-critical leadership mandates. His approach emphasizes rigor, sound judgment, confidentiality, and long-term leadership fit, essential as organizations navigate transformation, scale, and technology-led change.

Previously, Jaideep held leadership positions at Pedersen & Partners, Egon Zehnder, Genpact, American Express, and Citibank, gaining deep insight into global operations and leadership effectiveness. This experience enables him to partner with clients as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional consultant.

His work focuses on leadership mandates at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and organizational change.
