HealthCare Global (HCG) has appointed Visionary Leader Vinayak Nayak as Associate Vice President - Head of International Marketing, strengthening its leadership focus on global market expansion and international patient outreach. A visionary and results-driven leader, Vinayak brings over 16 years of experience in international sales and marketing within the healthcare sector, with a strong track record of driving growth through strategic innovation and market-led execution.

This marks Vinayak’s second tenure with HCG. He began his healthcare career with the organization in 2010, where he played a pivotal role in developing and managing the West Africa region, significantly enhancing HCG’s international footprint. Prior to rejoining HCG, he held senior leadership roles at Fortis Healthcare and Columbia Asia Hospitals (now part of the Manipal Hospitals Group), consistently delivering sustained year-on-year growth across international business verticals.

At Fortis Bangalore, Vinayak led one of the hospital’s key international divisions, achieving record performance during his tenure. Known for his expertise in new market acquisition, turnaround strategies, and patient-centric marketing, he combines data-driven decision-making with strong relationship building.

Vinayak is an alumnus of T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal, where he earned his Master’s degree in Marketing.
