PepsiCo has appointed Ram Krishnan as Chief Executive Officer, PepsiCo North America, effective December 28, 2025, as part of a broader organizational realignment aimed at accelerating growth and integration across the region. In this role, Krishnan will lead PepsiCo’s North America operations with a clear mandate to strengthen collaboration between the company’s Foods and Beverages businesses, ensuring tighter alignment between evolving consumer demand and customer needs.

Krishnan brings nearly two decades of leadership experience at PepsiCo, having most recently served as CEO of PepsiCo U.S.. His previous roles include CEO, International Beverages and Chief Commercial Officer, and Global Chief Commercial Officer, where he drove global commercial strategy, operational excellence, and large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple markets.

Beyond PepsiCo, Krishnan serves on the Board of Directors of Tractor Supply Company, contributing strategic oversight and governance expertise. Earlier in his career, he held roles at General Motors and Cadillac, building strong foundations in consulting, product development, and marketing.

His appointment underscores PepsiCo’s focus on integrated leadership to deliver sustained performance across North America.
