Abbott has elevated Rajan Kalantre to the role of Director – Human Resources, Singapore, marking a significant milestone in his nearly two-decade-long association with the global healthcare leader. In his new role, Kalantre will lead the people and talent strategy for Abbott’s Singapore operations, working closely with senior leadership to align workforce priorities with business growth, innovation, and long-term organizational health.

Prior to this elevation, Kalantre served as Director – Human Resources, India, where he played a key role in board-level discussions, leadership succession planning, and strengthening workforce readiness across the organization. His strategic leadership helped Abbott navigate evolving talent and organizational challenges.

Over the years, Kalantre has held multiple HR leadership roles across Abbott’s Pharmaceuticals, Nutrition, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, and Corporate functions, driving large-scale HR transformations, business integrations, and future-ready talent strategies across India and neighboring markets.
