Throughout her tenure with Axis Max Life Insurance and Max Life Insurance, she has successfully led several key business verticals, including Group Annuity, Group Term, CAT Axis, Service-to-Sales, Corporate Solutions Group, and the Broking Business, consistently driving business expansion and customer-centric innovation.

Prior to joining Max Life, Tania worked with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, where she developed strong expertise in life insurance distribution, relationship management, and strategic business development.
