Genpact has appointed Sumedh Sinha as Assistant Vice President, strengthening its leadership capabilities in digital and process transformation across the retail and order-to-cash (O2C) landscape. Based in Hyderabad, Sinha will collaborate closely with operations teams to identify transformation opportunities, lead digital initiatives, and apply Lean methodologies to enhance business value and improve key performance indicators.

Prior to joining Genpact, Sinha spent nearly nine years at HighRadius, progressing through leadership roles including Associate Delivery Director, Solution Delivery Manager, and Senior Consultant II. He led large-scale O2C implementations across North America, built and mentored high-performing delivery teams, and streamlined execution using Speed-to-Value methodologies.

His experience reflects deep expertise in O2C transformation, delivery leadership, and enterprise-scale process excellence, positioning him well to support Genpact’s digital-first strategy for global retail clients.
