JPMorganChase has announced the appointment of Sujith Thalekkara as Vice President – HR Business Advisor, further strengthening its human resources leadership as the organisation continues to invest in people-led growth. Based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Sujith will be responsible for driving strategic HR advisory, talent management, and workforce initiatives, partnering closely with senior business leaders to enhance employee engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness.

With nearly two decades of extensive HR experience, Sujith brings a well-rounded background across HR business partnering, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organisational development. Prior to joining JPMorganChase, he held senior HR leadership roles at M&G Global Services Private Limited, WTW, Capgemini, and Accenture, supporting large and diverse global workforces.

In his new role, Sujith is expected to play a key role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, strengthening leadership capability, and supporting a high-performance culture.
