SmartSoC Solutions Pvt Ltd has announced the appointment of JangiReddy (JR) Nagilla as Associate Director - Technical Sales (Custom ASIC), strengthening its leadership team as it accelerates growth across APAC and Japan.

JR brings over 17 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, spanning design engineering, field applications, technical sales, and business development. Known for his strong customer engagement and system-level expertise, he has worked extensively across EMEA, APAC, and the United States, supporting complex customer designs and driving high-impact solutions.

His expertise covers custom ASICs, hardware board design and bring-up, requirement analysis, product development, proposal and bid management, and pre- and post-sales engagement. JR has deep hands-on experience with industry tools such as Cadence OrCAD, Allegro PCB, Mentor Graphics, Xilinx, Keil, and MATLAB, along with a solid foundation in semiconductors, embedded systems, and networking.

Prior to joining SmartSoC, JR held senior roles at L&T Semiconductor Technologies, Siemens EDA, Data Device Corporation, Arrow Electronics, and Avnet, building a strong track record in technical leadership and business growth.
