Enpal Egypt appointed Rana Aslan as People & Culture Director . Bringing extensive expertise in human resources, organizational development, and talent management, Rana will oversee the company’s people strategy and help strengthen a culture that supports innovation, inclusion, and sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Enpal Egypt, Rana served as Head of Human Resources at IGT Solutions, where she led strategic HR initiatives focused on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Her career also includes leadership positions at Webhelp, Majorel Egypt, and ECCO Outsourcing, where she gained significant experience in recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, and culture transformation.

Rana holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Paris ESLSCA Business School. In her new role, she will focus on enhancing talent strategies, supporting workforce development, and fostering a high-performing workplace aligned with Enpal Egypt’s business objectives.
