Rajesh Nadkarni Appointed as Chief Information Security Officer at Invesco Asset Management (India) Leadership

Invesco Asset Management (India) Private Limited has appointed Rajesh Nadkarni as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), marking a strategic leadership move to further strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity and technology risk posture. In his new role, Rajesh will lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, information security governance, and technology risk management, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding digital assets and building a resilient, security-first culture.

Rajesh Nadkarni brings with him deep and diverse experience across some of India’s most prominent financial institutions, including Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited, CDSL, BSE India, and YES BANK. Across these roles, he has played a critical part in designing and implementing robust cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance programs, and governance models within highly regulated environments.

An alumnus of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, Rajesh combines strong academic grounding with hands-on leadership in information security, risk management, and compliance. His appointment reflects Invesco Asset Management (India)’s continued focus on strengthening digital resilience, meeting evolving regulatory expectations, and proactively managing cyber risks in an increasingly complex threat landscape.
