Prathmesh most recently served as Managing Director – Korea & Japan at Diageo. Prior to this, he was Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer – West at Diageo India, where he led key commercial and regional business operations.
Earlier, he held multiple leadership positions at Pernod Ricard India, including Vice President – North, Vice President – West, Assistant Vice President – West, AVP – Central, Region Head CSD and National Controller – Key Accounts.
Across his career, Prathmesh has built expertise in sales, commercial strategy, key account management, regional business leadership, product development, pricing, channel strategy and P&L management.
In his new role, he will bring this broad commercial and operational experience to Varun Beverages as the company continues to strengthen its business and pursue growth across its markets.
