ICICI Bank has elevated Prabhjot Chhabra to the role of National Head - Personal Loans Product, marking a significant milestone in his over two-decade-long association with the organisation. In his new leadership role, he will be responsible for defining the strategic direction, driving growth, and strengthening the performance of ICICI Bank’s personal loans portfolio across India.

Prabhjot brings more than 20 years of deep expertise across both unsecured and secured lending, with a strong track record in building scalable retail banking businesses. Over the years, he has held several senior leadership roles, including Zonal Head positions, where he oversaw large portfolios spanning mortgages, personal loans, credit cards, and enterprise lending across key geographies.

His strong grounding in banking operations, analytics, risk management, and business strategy positions him well to lead innovation in ICICI Bank’s personal loans segment. Under his leadership, the bank is expected to further enhance customer experience, strengthen market leadership, and drive sustainable growth in one of its core retail lending businesses.
