Prabhat brings deep HR leadership experience across leading infrastructure and real estate organisations, including Adani Realty, AFCONS Infrastructure Limited (a Shapoorji Pallonji Group company), Tata Projects, and Reliance Power Limited. His expertise spans corporate HR, strategic business partnering, compensation and rewards, HR governance, and large-scale enterprise transformation.

An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and Sikkim Manipal University (SMU), Prabhat has consistently built future-ready people systems, scalable HR architectures, and strong leadership pipelines across complex, high-growth organisations.
