Kyndryl has appointed Prabhakar Vijayaprakash as Director - Customer Partner, reinforcing its focus on outcome-led transformation and strategic customer engagement. With over two decades of experience across IT, analytics, and business leadership, Prabhakar is widely recognised for reimagining Global Capability Centers (GCCs) from cost-efficient delivery units into high-impact, value-driven strategic partners.

In his new role, he will drive growth by deepening customer partnerships and delivering transformation programs aligned closely with Kyndryl’s technology portfolio. His mandate goes beyond traditional service delivery, focusing on measurable business outcomes, innovation enablement, and long-term trusted relationships with enterprise clients.

Prior to joining Kyndryl, Prabhakar served as Managing Partner at BridgePath Innovations, where he led strategic initiatives for Fortune clients, helping reposition GCCs for higher-value contributions. Earlier, he spent nearly 18 years at IBM in senior leadership roles, including Associate Partner and Delivery Project Executive, managing large global teams and complex digital and analytics transformations.

Prabhakar’s career reflects a consistent focus on turning technology functions into engines of strategic value, a capability he now brings to Kyndryl’s global customers.
