With over 23 years of global experience across consulting and industry, Bitan brings deep expertise in large-scale transformation, production system redesign, and supply chain modernization powered by digital and AI-led solutions.

Throughout his career, he has delivered significant operational improvements; enhancing cost structures, boosting service levels, optimizing inventories, and strengthening resilience for leading companies across industrial goods, consumer goods, life sciences, and energy equipment. Bitan also engages closely with industry associations and government bodies on sector competitiveness, policy development, and long-term industry visioning.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, he served as Managing Director and Partner at BCG, where he led manufacturing and supply chain strategy across Asia Pacific. His earlier roles at Accenture and ITC further strengthened his foundation in operations, engineering, and performance transformation.

At Oliver Wyman, Bitan will spearhead industrials strategy in India while supporting the IMEA region’s growth agenda.
