Ramoji Film City has announced the appointment of Industry Veteran Nita Baluni as Vice President – Human Resources, strengthening its leadership to drive people strategy across its diverse business divisions.

In this role, Nita will lead HR strategy across films, entertainment, and hospitality divisions, focusing on organizational growth, talent management, and people-centric initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Nita brings over three decades of experience in human resources across the hospitality and entertainment sectors, demonstrating a strong track record in strategic HR leadership and organizational transformation. Prior to this appointment, she served as Vice President – Human Resources at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, where she led key HR initiatives and workforce strategies.

Her professional journey also includes leadership roles at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group and IHG Hotels & Resorts, along with earlier experience at Avis India, Radisson, and Hyatt Regency, building deep expertise in talent development and people management.

With her leadership, the organization is well positioned to strengthen its people capabilities and drive sustainable growth.
