NATCO Pharma has announced the appointment of Amit Parekh as Executive Vice President - Finance and Accounts, as per the company’s recent BSE filing. Subject to regulatory approvals, he will succeed S.V.V.N. Appa Rao at the Board meeting scheduled for February 2026. Amit brings over 20 years of cross-industry experience spanning healthcare, pharmaceuticals, mining and engineering, telecommunications, and chemicals.

He is recognized for his expertise in financial management, CXO-level engagements, investment and M&A, cost leadership initiatives, compliance, and global accounting standards including IFRS, IND AS, and US GAAP.

Amit has held several senior leadership roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, including Vice President Finance for API & Pharmaceutical Services (PSAI), Vice President Finance for the Biologics Business, and Head of Finance Digital Transformation. He has also contributed in strategic and financial capacities at GMR Group, Visa Steel, Tata Communications, and TATA SONS LIMITED, gaining extensive exposure to complex business environments and diverse operational frameworks.

His appointment underscores NATCO Pharma’s focus on strengthening financial leadership and driving strategic growth in the pharmaceutical sector.
