Crocs India has appointed Mukta Nakra as its new Head of Human Resources, bringing with her an impressive career spanning leading global and Indian organizations, including Marks & Spencer Reliance India Ltd., Wiley, American Express, Walmart, ABN AMRO Bank, Tecnovate eSolutions, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

During her 7+ year tenure at Marks & Spencer Reliance India, Mukta led critical HR and sustainability initiatives that strengthened organizational culture, enhanced capability-building efforts, and elevated performance across a fast-paced retail ecosystem. Her experience as Talent Director - APAC and HRBP Lead - India at Wiley, coupled with impactful HR leadership roles at American Express and Walmart, further enriched her expertise in strategic HR, talent transformation, employee experience, and business partnering.

Mukta’s cross-industry background from banking and technology to retail and global consumer brands has equipped her with a holistic understanding of people strategy, culture design, brand-building, and AI-enabled HR innovation. As she steps into her leadership role at Crocs India, she brings a strong blend of strategic foresight and transformation-focused execution to drive the company’s people agenda and support its next phase of growth.
