Mahesh Bhanushali has been appointed as Associate Vice President at TATA AIG General Insurance, reinforcing the organisation’s focus on expanding its distribution network and driving strategic sales growth. In this role, he will lead high-performing teams, enhance agency channel expansion, and strengthen customer-centric solutions to improve market penetration.

Mahesh brings extensive experience in the general insurance sector, with a strong track record in sales leadership, agency development, and relationship management. Prior to this appointment, he held key leadership roles at ICICI Lombard General Insurance, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, and Royal Sundaram General Insurance, where he contributed to revenue growth and operational excellence.

With deep expertise in driving business performance and building scalable distribution strategies, his appointment is expected to further strengthen TATA AIG’s competitive positioning in the insurance market.
