EXL has announced the appointment of Madhavi Dahanukar as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Operations. In this role, she will oversee the company’s Domain Operations and Finance & Accounting (F&A) Strategic Growth Units across global locations, supporting the expansion of domain-led, AI-enabled operations at scale globally.

Madhavi brings more than two decades of leadership experience across consulting, outsourcing, and digital technology environments. Prior to rejoining EXL, she served as Managing Director for India and the Philippines at Principal Financial Group, where she led key regional operations and strategic initiatives. Her career also includes senior leadership roles such as India Country Head and CEO at State Street, India Country Executive at Northern Trust, and Executive Vice President and Head of Enterprise Shared Services at Vodafone, where she drove large-scale transformation initiatives.
