Kore.ai has elevated Karthik Govindavajulla to Director of Product Management, strengthening its leadership team as it accelerates enterprise AI platform innovation.

In his new role, Karthik will lead end-to-end execution of key initiatives across the company’s AI platform, driving product strategy, development, and go-to-market alignment. His focus will include scaling adoption of agentic AI solutions and advancing enterprise-grade capabilities.

He previously served as Associate Director – Product Management at Kore.ai, where he played a critical role in building production-ready AI workflows and enhancing generative AI offerings.

Prior to Kore.ai, he held product leadership roles at HighRadius, LevaData, and e2open, and earlier worked with Allscripts and Sutherland Healthcare Solutions, building strong expertise in enterprise technology and digital transformation.
