Joseph Kirupakaran A is a seasoned HR and talent acquisition leader with over 14 years of experience across talent engagement, talent management, and large-scale recruitment programs spanning IT, non-IT, and language-based roles across the Southeast Asia (SEA) and APAC markets. Currently, he serves as Business Head and Client Delivery Partner - APAC at Mango Global Technologies, based in Kuala Lumpur, where he leads end-to-end recruitment delivery across Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.

Joseph brings a strong legacy from ManpowerGroup Malaysia, where he led high-impact delivery teams across language hiring, IT staffing, and permanent recruitment mandates. A proud member of the TATA ecosystem and an ex-TCSer, he spent over seven years at Tata Consultancy Services, heading talent acquisition across ASEAN countries, campus hiring programs, onboarding, and HR PMO initiatives.
