Perfios has announced the appointment of Nitin Chugh as its Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership milestone for the fintech company. With a strong track record in digital banking and financial services, Chugh is set to lead Perfios into its next phase of innovation, scale, and global expansion.

Nitin brings decades of experience in driving large-scale digital transformation across leading financial institutions. Prior to joining Perfios, he served as Deputy Managing Director and Head of Digital Banking and Transformation at State Bank of India, where he played a key role in accelerating the bank’s digital initiatives.

He has also held prominent leadership positions as MD and CEO at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank and as Group Head of Digital Banking at HDFC Bank. Earlier in his career, he worked with Standard Chartered Bank, Xerox, and HCL Limited, building deep expertise across banking, technology, and enterprise transformation.

His appointment reinforces Perfios’ commitment to strengthening its leadership and advancing innovation in the fintech ecosystem.
