IBM Elevates Visionary Leader Aparna N to Chief Talent, Leadership & Culture Officer
Aparna N. has been elevated to Chief Talent, Leadership & Culture Officer at IBM, marking an important milestone in her 22-year journey with the company. Throughout her tenure, she has played a pivotal role in shaping global people strategies, strengthening leadership pipelines, and building a performance-driven culture across multiple business units.
In her most recent role as Vice President HR, IBM Talent Management, Aparna led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on future-ready skills, leadership development, and capability building. Previously, as Vice President HR, Offerings & Growth for IBM Consulting, she drove the people and culture agenda for IBM’s $20B+ consulting business and spearheaded HR integration across global acquisitions.
Her earlier roles; including Director, Talent Strategy & Solutions; Global Mobility Leader; Global HR Leader for IBM Systems; and Global Compensation Program Manager, highlight her extensive impact on IBM’s global workforce strategy. With academic credentials from Harvard Business School, Cornell ILR School, and the National Institute of Management, Aparna now steps into a global leadership role shaping IBM’s future of talent, leadership, and culture.
