In her expanded role, Kiran will lead IBM’s digital sales strategy across the region, with a focus on strengthening go-to-market execution, accelerating enterprise technology adoption, and deepening customer engagement across IBM’s complex and evolving technology portfolio.

With over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, Kiran brings a strong blend of expertise spanning digital sales, customer success, pre-sales, and solution architecture. She has held multiple senior leadership roles at IBM, including Director – Customer Success (India & South Asia), Customer Success Leader, and Country Leader – Technology Systems, where she played a key role in driving customer-centric growth and strategic transformation initiatives.

Prior to IBM, Kiran held leadership positions at Nutanix, Dell Technologies (EMC & Dell India), Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Logoworks, and Microland Limited, leading large-scale enterprise engagements, partner ecosystems, and solution consulting teams. Her elevation underscores IBM’s continued focus on customer-led growth, digital-first selling, and leadership excellence across the India and South Asia region.
