Harshal Shah has been appointed Deputy General Manager – Product Technology at Godrej Capital, marking a strategic elevation in the company’s product leadership initiatives within the financial services sector. In this capacity, Shah will lead the advancement of digital lending ecosystems, with a concentrated emphasis on scalable, technology-driven solutions that support core platforms including Loan Management Systems (LMS), Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Customer Account Management Systems (CAMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Shah brings a robust background in product implementation and cross-functional technology delivery across fintech and BFSI environments. Prior to joining Godrej Capital, he held a key role as Associate Vice President – Product Implementation at Knight FinTech, where he oversaw complex enterprise projects and contributed to the successful deployment of integrated financial technology solutions. His prior experience spans leadership positions that focused on building and scaling technology capabilities within financial services, enabling seamless digital transformation and process automation.

In his new role, Shah is expected to drive product innovation, enhance platform interoperability, and strengthen technology adoption frameworks that underpin operational efficiency and business growth.
