Harsh Vyas has been elevated to Director – Accounting, AW, EM & Vadodara Hub at Xylem, marking a significant milestone in his nearly seven-year tenure with the organisation. In this role, he will lead regional accounting operations, enhance financial governance, and drive strategic finance initiatives across multiple international markets.

Harsh previously served as Finance Controller for India, the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, and has held key roles including Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager at Xylem. He has played a pivotal role in strengthening financial reporting frameworks, optimising accounting processes, and supporting business expansion across geographies.

Prior to joining Xylem, he held leadership positions at Polycab India, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, and Vedanta Resources, building expertise in plant finance, consolidated reporting, and global accounting operations.
