Gorilla Technology Group has signed a $500 million agreement with Yotta Data Services Private Limited in India to build and expand AI infrastructure, focusing on deploying large-scale AI-driven systems and strengthening digital capabilities across sectors.

The collaboration will involve setting up platforms for data processing, analytics, and AI-powered applications, including use cases linked to smart city initiatives and enterprise systems. It combines Gorilla Technology’s advanced solutions with Yotta’s robust data center and infrastructure capabilities.

Thomas Sennhauser, Chief Technology Officer for Infrastructure at Gorilla Technology, stated that the partnership enables the company to embed its capabilities into a live, sovereign AI infrastructure buildout with a partner that offers strong operational depth, technical expertise, and market reach.

Sunil Gupta, Co-Founder and CEO of Yotta, highlighted that the collaboration will support large-scale GPU deployment in India over the next three years, addressing AI demands across India, APAC, the Middle East, and the Global South.
