Gaurav Mittal has been appointed as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) at ALLEN, effective March 2026. Based in Mumbai, he will lead the organisation’s inorganic growth strategy, focusing on identifying high-value acquisition opportunities, executing complex transactions, and building strategic partnerships to strengthen market leadership.

Gaurav brings over 23 years of experience across investment banking, capital markets, and technology. He most recently served as Managing Director at DC Advisory, where he led large-scale transactions across the TMT and education sectors. Prior to this, he held senior roles at Edelweiss Financial Services and began his career at Infosys.

At ALLEN, he will focus on scaling growth through strategic acquisitions and cross-border partnerships, aligning expansion initiatives with evolving global education trends.
