FiveS Digital has appointed Visionary Leader Kshitiz George as Vice President, adding a seasoned operations leader with over 23 years of exemplary experience across BPM, EdTech, HealthTech, and customer experience-driven businesses. In his role, he will focus on scaling multi-site operations, strengthening quality frameworks, and driving consistent delivery excellence.

Kshitiz brings a proven track record of building and managing large operations from the ground up. Prior to joining FiveS Digital, he held senior leadership positions at RED.Health, WhiteHat Jr, EOS – Eureka Outsourcing Solutions, Vertex Customer Management, Firstsource, and Reliance BPO, where he led contact center operations, customer acquisition, and service delivery at scale. He has also worked as a professional consultant, advising corporates and government stakeholders on IT and BPO transformation initiatives.

His deep expertise in operations management, customer service, people leadership, and performance optimization is expected to add strong momentum to FiveS Digital’s growth journey.
