Dr. G. Radhakrishnan has taken over as Head - Research & Development at RASI Seeds, marking a significant leadership addition to one of India’s most respected agri-seed companies. With a strong farmer-first philosophy and a legacy of breeding excellence, RASI Seeds continues to translate advanced science into high-yielding, reliable hybrids that deliver real impact at the field level.

Dr. Radhakrishnan brings over two decades of global experience spanning APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, with deep expertise in vegetable seed breeding, phytopathology, and innovation-led R&D transformation. Prior to this role, he held senior leadership positions at Bayer CropScience (Nunhems) and BASF, where he led global breeding, hygiene, and phytopathology programs, developing resilient hybrids with value-added traits and disease resistance.

He also served as President - Life Sciences Advisory at Sathguru Management Consultants, advising agri-input companies on strategy, innovation, and sustainable impact. Guided by a clear purpose to bridge science, strategy, and execution, Dr. Radhakrishnan’s leadership is set to strengthen RASI Seeds’ innovation pipeline and advance resilient, future-ready agricultural systems.
