With an impressive career spanning 18+ years in financial services, Prateek brings deep expertise in retail lending, digital transformation, and scaling profitable lending businesses.

He has previously held key leadership roles at renowned organisations including Tata Capital, Axis Bank, and BankBazaar, where he successfully led large sales and product teams across secured and unsecured lending products such as home loans, LAP, business loans, and personal loans. His track record of driving digital-first business growth and building high-performing teams aligns strongly with Bajaj Housing Finance’s long-term strategic priorities.

Armed with an MBA in Finance from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, Prateek will focus on expanding the company’s Direct & Digital businesses across regions, bringing renewed vision and operational excellence.
