Arrowhead, a Bengaluru-based voice AI startup focused on the BFSI sector, has raised $3 million in a seed funding round led by Stellaris Venture Partners, with participation from leading fintech founders and senior industry executives. The funding marks a key milestone as Arrowhead accelerates its mission to transform sales and customer engagement for banks, NBFCs, and fintech companies through human-sounding AI agents.
Founded in 2023 by Devyani Gupta and Vengadanathan Srinivasan, Arrowhead enables financial institutions to replicate the performance of their top sales agents at scale using advanced voice AI. Its AI calling agents handle high-volume use cases such as loan sales, collections, renewals, and insurance distribution, delivering stronger conversations and higher conversion outcomes. The company reports achieving up to 45% higher conversion rates compared to human agents, with some enterprises fully transitioning to AI-led sales operations.
The fresh capital will be deployed to enhance core AI models, expand engineering and go-to-market teams, and strengthen partnerships across the BFSI ecosystem. Arrowhead also plans to deepen its presence in India while expanding into select global markets, including the Middle East and Asia. Over the next year, the startup aims to build emotion-aware, scalable, and omnichannel AI agents to further redefine customer interactions in financial services.
