Before joining Razorpay, Anvay built extensive expertise across people strategy, compensation, rewards, and HR business partnering through leadership roles at Flipkart, Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs, and Accenture. His experience spans talent management, executive compensation, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development across both global enterprises and high-growth environments.
