KPMG India Delivery Network (KDNI) has appointed Alankrita Singh as Director – KDNI, Learning & Development India Lead. 

Alankrita brings more than 18 years of experience spanning talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation, and learning strategy. 

Prior to joining KPMG India Delivery Network, Alankrita served as Head – Learning & Development and Engagement at Indus Towers Limited, where she led enterprise-wide learning and engagement initiatives impacting thousands of employees and associates. Under her leadership, the organization strengthened its people development agenda and earned the prestigious Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for four consecutive years.

Her professional journey also includes leadership roles at Genpact, Home Credit India, Aviva India, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, where she played a pivotal role in driving leadership development programs, succession planning, workforce engagement strategies, talent transformation initiatives, learning digitization, and organizational development frameworks.
